Shipping & Delivery

How long until my order arrives?

Every ExpediCamp piece is printed to order, just for you. Production takes 2 to 7 business days, then shipping is added on top: USA 2 to 5 business days, International 10 to 30 business days. During holiday peaks production can take up to 10 business days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship across the USA and internationally. International delivery typically takes 10 to 30 business days after your order is produced.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is just $4.99 for 1 or 2 tees, and totally free when you order 3 or more. Gear up the whole crew in one order and we cover the shipping.

Why is my order "made to order"?

We do not mass produce or sit on warehouse stock. Each shirt and hoodie is printed the moment you order it. That means less waste, fresher prints, and a piece made just for you. It is also why we ask for a few days of production time.

Sizing & Products

What are your products made of?

Our tees and sweatshirts are crafted from soft, durable, high quality cotton and cotton blends, picked for comfort on and off the trail. Exact fabric details are listed on every product page.

How do I pick the right size?

Check our size charts before ordering: T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, and Hoodie. They follow standard US sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed, layer friendly fit.

Will the print fade or crack?

No. We use direct to garment printing that soaks into the fabric for a soft, long lasting finish. Wash inside out in cold water and skip the high heat dryer to keep your design looking sharp for years.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If your item arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Just reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

We are sorry about that, and we will fix it fast. Email support@expedicamp.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Because every item is custom printed for you, we handle exchanges case by case under our Refund Policy. Contact us and we will help you find the best solution.

Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your gear all the way to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we start printing quickly, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of ordering. Once production has started we may not be able to make changes.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Help!

Email us right away at support@expedicamp.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will update the address for you.

Is checkout secure?

Absolutely. Checkout is powered by Shopify with encrypted, secure payment processing. We never see or store your card details.
