Our goal at ExpediCamp is simple, we want you to love your order.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds. If something is wrong with your order, email us at support@expedicamp.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. You keep the item, there is nothing to ship back.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
