Average Delivery Times

  • USA: 2-5 business days
  • International: 10-30 business days

Production Time

Please allow an additional 2-7 business days for production, as each product is custom-made. During holiday seasons, production times may extend up to 10 business days.

Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options for domestic and international orders:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS): Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days for domestic orders and 10-30 business days for international orders.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75 within the continental United States and over $100 for international orders.

Processing and Cancellation Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been assigned, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method. These costs will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier's website.

International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
