FAQs
When will my order arrive?
We print your order after you place it, so allow 2 to 3 business days in the shop, then 3 to 5 business days to your door inside the US. Most orders land within a week, and the tracking link hits your inbox the moment it ships. Shipping is $4.99, free over $75.
Which size should I pick?
The 11 oz is the everyday morning mug. The 15 oz is the one you reach for when a single cup never lasts past sunrise. Sizes available for each design sit right above the Add to cart button.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Ceramic mugs go in the dishwasher and the microwave without any fuss. Enamel camp mugs are hand wash only and never go in the microwave, because there is steel under that enamel.
What if it arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 30 days and a replacement goes out, no charge and nothing to mail back. If you would rather have your money back, that works too.
